Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what GetFundedOS needs to work: your email, the records you enter, and your plan. We don’t sell your information, show ads or use tracking cookies. You can download or delete your data at any time from Settings.
Who we are
GetFundedOS (“GetFundedOS”, “we”, “us”) is operated by GetFundedOS LLC in the United States. You can reach us at support@getfundedos.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address. If you use Continue with Google, Google shares your email address and basic profile with us.
- Your workspace: what you enter in GetFundedOS, such as prop-firm accounts, rule settings, trading sessions, payouts, costs, goals, Plan Library edits and custom firm logos. GetFundedOS keeps your last saves and one per day for a week so you can restore an earlier version.
- Earlier sign-up list: if you joined our list before launch, the email you used, when you joined and confirmed, and your Genesis seat if you have one. We no longer send emails to this list.
- Support: the tickets and messages you send us, and our replies.
- Billing and trial: your plan, its status and renewal dates, and when your free trial started and ends (kept with your email, so each person gets one trial). Payments are handled by Stripe: when you subscribe, Stripe collects your card and billing details (such as name, billing address and country) and tells us the result, your plan, renewal dates and a customer reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Security and technical data: our providers process your IP address and browser information to deliver the site, stop bots (Cloudflare Turnstile) and keep the service secure. If you’re a Founder, the authenticator app setup is stored by our sign-in provider.
- On your device: your browser stores your sign-in session, a copy of your workspace while you’re signed in (removed when you sign out), and display preferences such as currency, sound and clock format. These are not used for tracking.
Cookies and storage
We don’t set cookies ourselves, and we don’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. To work, GetFundedOS keeps a few things in your browser’s own storage: your sign-in session, a copy of your workspace while you’re signed in, any custom firm logos you add, and display preferences (currency, sound, clock format). Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the bot check when you sign in (Turnstile), may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell people from bots. You can remove what is stored by signing out or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
How we use it
- To provide GetFundedOS: sign you in, save and sync your workspace, and run the calculations you see.
- To manage your free trial, plan and billing.
- To send the emails you ask for (sign-in codes, Support replies, billing notices).
- To answer Support requests.
- To protect the service against abuse, fraud and bots, and to fix problems.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Your trading records are yours; we look at them only if you ask us to in a Support request or when the law requires it.
If you’re in the EU or UK, we rely on these legal bases: providing the service you signed up for (contract), keeping it secure and improving it (legitimate interests), and meeting legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers that process data only to run GetFundedOS for us:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions (hosted in the United States).
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and the bot check.
- Resend: sending our emails.
- Stripe: payments and subscription billing.
- Google: only if you choose Continue with Google.
- Namecheap (PrivateEmail): our support@ mailbox.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business (you would be told).
How long we keep it
- Your workspace and Support tickets: while your account exists. Deleting your account removes them.
- Earlier versions of your workspace: up to 7 days. Our hosting provider’s backups: up to 7 days.
- Entries from our earlier sign-up list: until you ask us to remove them.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (Stripe keeps its own records).
- Free trial dates: kept with your email after you delete your account, only so the same email can’t start another free trial.
- A short security log of account actions (an account being deleted, a plan’s billing status changing, an administrator changing who can sign in): kept after your account is deleted. It holds the account’s ID, the time and, for billing changes, the plan, never your workspace.
Your choices and rights
- Download your data: Settings › Your Data › Download All My Data (also available on Choose Your Plan).
- Delete your account: Settings › Your Data › Delete My Account. Cancel a renewing plan first in Manage Billing.
- Correct or ask about your information, or object to how we use it: email support@getfundedos.com.
Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have extra rights, such as to receive a copy of your data or to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each person can reach only their own records, enforced by the database. Secret keys stay on our servers, and Founder accounts require an authenticator app. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
Age
GetFundedOS is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
International users
GetFundedOS is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know by email or in GetFundedOS before they take effect.
